Conduct and Liability Agreement
I pledge to respect all people and property within WABA GAME, LLC and will help to police other people to maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for all. I pledge to abide by all the rules posted by WABA GAME, LLC.
I give WABA GAME, LLC authority to reject and/or eject me for not following rules and/or misconduct of any kind from some or all events without refunds of any kind. I assume all responsibility and liability for any misconduct or damage (Accidental or Intentional). If misconduct (Accidental or Intentional) causes any property, equipment, or other damage, I will replace or compensate in full value of damage area and/or goods.
I assume all responsibility and liability for any injury, minor or serious, accidental or intentional while at WABA GAME, LLC.
